In 2012, I had a day off and decided it might be fun to visit the dogs at the humane society. There were a ton of dogs excited to see a friendly face but, as I came up to one of the stalls, I saw this puppy with a black band around her eyes and ears bigger than her head.

In happier news: I've had a new singing teacher for a bit. Haven't had lessons recently b/c.. *vague gesture*
But she's amazing. For the first time in years, I feel like I'm actually learning. I think she believes in me too!
