Why is TNG the standard for Star Trek for some people? Why do they treat it as if it was the FIRST Star Trek, as if TOS isn't a thing?
I guess it's because TOS and TNG are wildly different, and acknowleding that means that Star Trek always evolved into different things throughout the years.

"Ninguém cita Avatar" é um negócio estranho de se avaliar, junto de "Ninguém fala dos filmes", me junta com alguém que queira falar sobre os filmes e eu falo por 1h.

Still, no one does spectacle like Cameron, and unfortunately... I care for the Sullys. I don't care about Spider though, too bad for me.

I think I grew up with enough teenage shows to not look at the thumbnail of Starfleet Academy trailer and immediately hate it.
But there's always something more about the insta hate. "It won't have good writing" "it's that kinda show", I've heard those rhetorics enough to suspect.
