Using Law of Cosines: (1) calculate initial length (R and R), then (2) displacement length (R and [R + h]), where h is measured vertical (UP) value.

My heart rate average is way off for some reason. Based on my Polar chest strap, the average should be 169bpm. Not sure why the discrepancy.

Wheeeeew. Longest duration and greatest distance I've done to date!
My knees (left one in particular) are not happy with me.
But, surprisingly, I felt pretty good throughout!

This marks the first run where I did not stop to walk. Granted, I ran on this very smooth, and easy to run on track. But, it's still an accomplishment!

Didn't walk as much, or for as long, this time. Maybe next run I won't walk at all.
My limiting factor seems to be my calves. They're so tight when I start.

Surprised myself today with 3 sets of 6 at 315lbs. My goal by the end of the year is a 1 rep max of 500. I think that should be doable? We'll see.

I did NOT want to do cardio today. I also know how my brain works and that taking an unplanned "zero day" easily turns into multiple. This is why I forced myself to go just took an easy 30-minute walk. It's not nothing, and that's still progress.

Deadlift to start always makes the backend of the workout more difficult. My body is straight up tired by the end. Felt strong with the deadlifts though, which was nice!

I try not to focus too much on the scale and more on how I physically and emotionally feel. That being said, a qualitative aspect to track progress is beneficial to know you're taking the right steps.
