Marksies do a thing called an Ecclefechan Tart. They're very nice, but I've been to Ecclefechan and I didn't see as much as a bakery.

It's great buying eggs down the Spar. Soon as it's Easter Sunday they reduce the lot by half, and everyone in the village buys about 20 each. 😉
