Update: Black Wave+ now supports more screen sizes and tablets, but the version that supports light and dark mode (now called Dual Wave+) is now a separate (WIP) skin

Due to the effort needed, I am asking for devs that know Windows API, C/C++, and Qt/QtQuick/QML.
