I use a bread machine to make my dough and it's ready to be formed as soon as the cycle is finished. I work it into a circle with my hands and then toss it a bit before it's the full shape I need. I used to use a rolling pin and realized it was making the dough way too dense though!

I was a little worried you were being sarcastic in the first post. Eating an ice cream cone in the summer means I'm running a race to eat it as fast as possible before it drips all over my hand and clothes/car to the point where I'm not even enjoying it anymore.
