Funny you mention Nintendo as the model for the mod is literally ripped from an old Wii game, ‘Hiro of the Rails’, and it seems like, for whatever reason Mattel is very particular with the assets from the game, for some reason. Given they took down a few Roblox games that had the models.

I think it’s more of the fact the asset being used is from the old Wii game for ‘Hiro of the Rails’. Had he made the model himself, I suspect Mattel would have less of an issue it.

Pretty much. People need to let the dam pilot go. No shade if you like it, I like it myself, but the show presented in that pilot, doesn’t exist outside of the one episode.
