as someone who doesn’t go to Brown university but does go to another college in Rhode Island, i’m hoping that the students injured will recover soon and that the shooter is found. i hope that the two who were killed are given justice.

funny thing that happened to me was when i was out of school for a week recovering from my appendectomy. when i came back, in US Lit we were reading “o pioneers!” by willa cather which we had started before i was out. and a character died of appendicitis in the book a few days after i returned. oops
