New Cherrybrook Station rezoning - a pretty big uplift compared to the mediocre prior plans. Dozens of buildings in five "neighbourhoods," up to 28 storeys at the 'Town Sq', and several new parks. Good to see the Metro finally being utilised here for housing.

Whoops, two cars collided with each other in the middle of an intersection on Liverpool Road. Everybody involved looks uninjured, fortunately, but the collision was in an inconvenient traffic blocking location.

Newtown housing can be really quite ugly when seen from the railway line. Not built for this climate and NIMBYS too obsessed with preventing further development and not putting much effort into maintaining their own housing.
