The rolls weren't too bad. Sitting here, sipping mulled wine because the man is still getting ready. Brussel sprouts in hot honey dressing, dinner rolls with cheddar cheese, the turkey, a bit of spanikopita, and roasted veggies with barley hash.

Sweet potato pumpkin cheesecake, cream is whipped & in the fridge, jars of cranberry apple chutney, & some demon used up all the sugar except for this woeful haf bag. Gonna have words with that person if I find them.

Came up with a quick eating pastry for pre & post thanksgiving meals. Ricotta & spinach stuffed puff pastry with a little hickory smoked cheddar for extra gooey. Now, let's see if I really have to tell a certain person not to eat the thanksgiving meals for dinner.
