And those numbers are baked into American demographics for decades to come! You could triple the birth rate tomorrow and it wouldn't create a single new productive worker until 2043. We're killing our own competitive advantage and I don't understand why corporate America isn't screaming louder.

Moreover, we're shrinking our already-stagnant workforce by deporting immigrants. The native-born labor force is about to start shrinking. So, manufacture more stuff with what workers? Going to force all the programmers to learn to weld?
