If there was a game I absolutely hyperfixated on for an entire year in elementary school even moreso than the "very not happy birds" game this is it. And it also falls under the "I don't remember this game being this hard" catagory

I think CIC got into a scuffle with land lease agreement earlier this year but it seems to have settled down for now so next year MotoGP is a go ahead. They're probably thinking about finding a contingency in case the circuit has to close down but honestly this is probably not their best solution
