I'll say this tho. Only this city's authorities would be dumb enough to completely wall off and disrupt one of its biggest transit hub and commercial center with a race track without a second thought

The shape was definitely there since Rama I. What we call now as "Phranakhon Island" was devided into 3 tiers by canals. The 1st tier being the Palace and government offices, the 2nd tier being residential area for the state official, the 3rd tier outside the wall was where the city folks lived

Also fun fact about me : The L-1011 is the only one of 2 planes I've been inside the cockpit of. It's a retired plane turned cafe but it was the real deal. The other one being a 737-800 simulator
