So here’s my take on the WSJ lawsuit:Murdoch has always been pro-Trump - esp Fox.
WSJ will settle out of court. Whilst everyone is wetting themselves saying “oooh, I can’t wait for discovery” nothing will ever be disclosed, and Murdoch gives a 9 - 10 figures $ to Trump that’s not donation.

The Schumer argument is correct insofar as it’s a choice between terrible and awful, but when has kicking the can down the road ever worked? Whilst a Government shutdown would theoretically shut down DOGE too, I fear that they could do irreparable damage during a shutdown with even less oversight.

Illegally firing government workers in the name of efficiency, only to have to rehire them again when it had been dragged through the courts, has to be the least efficient thing ever.

I’m diligently recycling everything I can, whilst Trump is getting ready to remove USA from the Paris Agreement, and I feel like I’m just pissing in the wind. Depressing.
