I'm animating a Line2D using FABRIK (IK) and modifying each vertex perpendiculary (real word?) with an animated Sine wave.

Below that, in the drawing order, is another Line2D setup with a shadow, these vertices are offset based on the length of the arm to create an illusion of height.

Trying to add a settings option in my game to scale UI elements like hotbar and health bar.

Node.scale does not work, as it snaps back to 1 whenever something moves.

So how are you supposed to scale UI the right way in #GodotEngine? Is it all using minimum_size?
