It’s kind of wild that the US gets to decide who in the world is allowed to have nuclear weapons, considering the US is the only country that’s ever actually used nukes, ESPECIALLY considering those nukes were used on civilians

It bugs me that Turnstile is continually referred to as a hardcore band. Not in an elitist/gatekeepy ~they’re not REAL hardcore~ kind of way, but they’re doing stuff that is new/unique (and GREAT), and -imo- definitely separate from -hardcore- and I think it should be recognized as its own thing

I feel like a potentially good way to combat the rise of toxic ‘manosphere’ influencers for young guys is to emphasize that you can actually totally get laid and find love even if you’re a dumb, fat loser as long as you treat people with dignity and respect and also maybe you’re a little bit funny
