Check out this DIY public transit arrivals board! With 3D printers at a local tool library (NE Seattle & Shoreline) and open source information, this is pretty easy to make!

You don't even need 3D printing or electronic experience 🚉⬇️

I'll be dropping in on local city councils around the region tonight and tomorrow as new elected officials get sworn in and new mayors and council presidents get elected from within their ranks.

Councilmember Betsy Robertson was just elected mayor of Shoreline. Eben Pobee was elected deputy mayor.

We're coming up on the last week of November, which will be the final week of the Shoreline Food Drive! The Shoreline Tool Library is just one of many drop-off sites, and we've been seeing some wonderful support from the community 🥫🫶

This would be a fantastic use of the old information booth space in Westlake Station.
A longtime Seattleite was recently telling me that you used to be able to grab day-of rush tickets to theater shows and concerts at the information booth at Pike Place, in the 90s. We should bring that back.

This morning transit advocates from around Central Puget Sound gathered together to bring one message to the Sound Transit board: "build the damn trains."

This afternoon the board is holding its first retreat since the announcement of the $30-$40 billion shortfall through 2046.

Very shocked this VAGOP strategy did not work
This race is very funny to me because VAGOP is physically incapable of remembering they’re running an off year election in a D+8 state and keep taking radioactive positions while snapping selfies with the leaking reactor core
Elon Musk wades into the Virginia governor's race, attacking Abigail Spanberger over trans rights.

And the GOP's lieutenant governor nominee seems to think it's a good thing for Elon to become a headline in Virginia, of all places.
