Hehe, you are probably asking the wrong person. I sunk 10+ years into my racing simulator ( onlineracingchampionship.com), but that was with a really old game engine / part time / no AI. These days you can rely on thousands of tutorials, a fantastic editor and AI to suggest solutions. Go for it!

That does look pretty awesome, hard to get a compromise between realistic and fun!
