In hindsight, he was probably right about Elanga's performance that day to be fair..

Suppose that always been the case. Fella behind me recently wanted Elanga subbed after 2 minutes v Forest. I sometimes wonder if they take the attitude to work😂.

Oh, there's been some absolute 🐕💩 this season alright and so far CL results are papering over cracks. Howe's a training pitch manager. It'll come good. Transition season and a tilt at a couple of trophies. It's better than constant relegation worries. I only take notice of match-going fans #nifc

The Champions League happened. Plus 3 x international breaks where that midfield is sent to the 4 corners of the globe. As a club, we aren't capable of dealing with that and the Premier League routine. #nufc

Ouattara helped us out there by doing such a theatrical dive. Dick.

He went to punch a ball he was never getting. He either gets more aggressive and barges his teammate out the way, or he stays on his line. He was weak in my opinion #nufc

Hall's still a way off playing a full 90 but his cameo on Wednesday was great. I was there in the week & thought Big Joe looked a lot better than recently - he needs to eradicate those misplaced passes though. Not sure what Ramsey brings - yet. Hasn't really looked the goal threat so far. #nufc

100% that is the issue. It makes Gordon and Murphy/Barnes/Elanga play narrow to do those forward runs behind NW but that comes at the expense of loss of width. Coupled with NW playing deep, it compresses the space for the No. 8s. #nufc

Couple of times last night, he thought about making forward runs in channels etc but instinctively comes short every time. Isak's strength was he does both very well (when fit and can be arsed). Don't necessarily need pace, Chris Wood does it well too. #nufc

...plateaued. I worry the same is happening again and will worsen with a new ground. Hasn't helped City for example. I guess that's just the Prem League these days. #nufc

It is worse now because of SM but I'm old enough to remember the influx of fans on the back of Keegan's Entertainers team being successful. We were used to slim pickings from Smith's and Ardiles' sides but when the ground expanded the atmosphere definitely changed for the worst as improvement....

Easily upgraded?? FFS. No point arguing with him mate. The only surprise is Dan Burn hasn't been slagged off yet. It's tiresome.

Bruno has never ever played well against his mate. He's in his head. Big Nick and Burn look knackered. We needed a fresh approach today. Keep some first teamers on their toes.

Don't get me wrong, we were fucking shit but there's reasons the club need to assess. Lack of possession away from home is really obviously. It can't just be because Paqueta and Wan Bissaka love playing against us. We're becoming a soft touch again #nufc
