I used to be a streamer (wasn't very good), have also spent the last 20 years on the railway (must be doing something right) and all but a full-time unpaid carer (because I work).

These 37 hour Centurion days are amazing for time management.
Some of the things in the post, I could probably quite agree with, or understand.

I get the feeling he drinks quite a lot of water for the rest of it though.

Not my small business, but one I have purchased from.

Quirk & Whimsy does porcelain one-off works from her studio in Surrey, as well as unique greetings cards and other gifts.

This time of year, you can also find their stall in Winchester Christmas Market.

Can we also recommend small businesses we use, rather than own?

I was pointing out the right-wing mentality of "Benefit forms should be English only" that was being touted, and no-one believed me.

Reform UK et. al. do not care for the past, only their future and how much they can grift from it.

It would not surprise me if a Reform activist saw the Lib Dem email newsletter (see earlier reply about widows wishes), printed it off, and posted it out themselves.

You would think that council financial records should be a mater of public record, wouldn't you!

On the basis that controversy gets clicks, it is almost like the Elon knew what he was doing then....
November 23, 2025 at 1:49 PM
So the question would be whether Elon has implemented it without knowing because he does not know, or implementing it with knowing because he does not care?

Good luck.

I was tempted to try a Pi based local AI yo play with and almost immediately said "Nah!"

I am playing with home automation with Home Assistant.... thats enough for now

Its a bit like how a new political party has generated so much hate in the last 12 months.

They know they can get called out for being liars, but it has already generated the free column inches.

Some UK press sources have already mooted that inter-generational mortgages might be the way forward. So I am surprised that is not already a mainstream US offering!

Did you vote NO to the proposal to be able to vote NO.

That is an important vote (or possibly an impotent vote - as proposed by autocorrect)

GPT solutions are still at the infancy stage of needing to agree with the user providing the prompt.

Awww bugger.

I missed this in my mad dash to Westfield, then Selfridges, then the other Westfield.

PS - Are Disney Stitch Labubu collectibles really as rare as they seem?

You would think that the point of the FB hack would be to do as much damage as possible. A single offensive post does not sound anything like it would have been enough.

Can you imagine the outrage if ALL workers had to be able to pass English at A-Level standard.....
October 15, 2025 at 1:14 AM
I think I got bored of Satisfactory because of a lack of storyline beyond the tutorial.

I might have to fire this up on GamePass, I have seen it on there but not had chance to check it out yet.

How much did DoLGE claim in expenses from the Councils though, that is the question.

Put a productivity vibe backing track to it and use it as a screensaver.

My smoke detector is connected to my smart home, so I can see the battery level at any time (+/- a few %) and have it alert me before it becomes critical enough to wail at 3am.

Upstairs or Downstairs on a double decker bus?
