I think you did an amazing job, as far as sketches go. I still struggle with confident lines and giving volume to the shapes

We are a social species, and we have always prevailed through cooperation. Caring for our sick. Raising children we didn't sire or birth because they were part of our village or extended family. We are not breeders and predators, we are communicators and survivors. We evolved to UNITE.

I should add: joining "in person" activities is definitely on my list, though my german is not good enough for that, yet

Thanks a lot, I will check them out! Do you have any recommendation for finding also references for landscapes and non human animals? I think I will end up managing my references offline in my hard drive, but I still have to find them somewhere (other than my crappy photos on the phone)

Also, for the sake of whoever might come around this post and need the same advice, I found this post bsky.app/profile/dood... and her linked post on dreamwidth super useful to find software to manage your references offline. Absolute perfection. I'm loving this community so much
pinterest shot itself in both feet and refern died a tragic but understandable death. here is a new blog entry about the desktop software i've been using since May to create an enormous offline reference-and-assets library. 📖 doodlemancy.dreamwidth.org/20304.html

Thanks! I had a quick look at their website and I think the service they offer is perfect! They even have an "education" section for people like me :')

I think Betty Friedan in her "Feminine Mystique" made a similar point too. Or better, asked the question of how was it that after buying another machine to make the floor shiny women still felt dead inside and somehow had no time to dedicate to themselves

Ma che poi, "belloccio" non è tipo un dogwhistle usato dai redpillati? Io tra vedere e non vedere: rabbrividisco
