One thing I never took to was in-game shops. I never know what power ups or weapons to buy & it stresses me out.
Just have the things lying about, or have the baddies drop them when you defeat them or get random power ups by bashing a little goblin guy on the head or something.

Today my really funky cassette storage rack from Ronnie Simpson arrived & I absolutely LOVE it! Such a cool little display case, can highly recommend

Today my really funky cassette storage rack from Ronnie Simpson arrived & I absolutely LOVE it! Such a cool little display case, can highly recommend

That's me back now. Everyone...and I mean EVERYONE I spoke to at Crash Live was amazing. Cannot get over the positivity and sheer joy on display for the whole weekend.

I was so chuffed to finally get to chat with him in person & thank him for creating AGD which has helped so many of us without the coding skills to realise the dream of making a Spectrum game.

The calm before the storm at Crash Live this morning.
Drove 223 miles & had to park up at 3 airports due to a cancelled flight & a re-routed flight...but we've made it.
I feel more like CRASHing in my bed to be honest, than socialising. 😄
Looks like I picked the wrong week to give up caffeine.

The calm before the storm at Crash Live this morning.
Drove 223 miles & had to park up at 3 airports due to a cancelled flight & a re-routed flight...but we've made it.

Then I realised I had one of the ribbons upside down, another quick disassemble/reassemble and we're up & running!!!
Couldn't be happier, huge thanks to Ben from Plaion on the Atariage boards.
Now to pack for Crash. 😃
