Unusual 80s & 90s toys. Usual Transformers of all eras. Sharing pictures of my ridiculously huge toy collection & thoughts from my ridiculously tiny brain. Relive your childhood through the eyes of someone who never really left his…
Hard to do given the gang-moulded nature of the Micromasters. Plus it’s more variety! He’d have been better if he wasn’t blue and orange like Mudslinger

Fairly minor, between the Euro carded and US carded (which didn’t actually come out in the US, natch). One has the copyright stamp in a box, one doesn’t. The no-box uses slightly sparklier plastic & is susceptible to GPS (I wouldn’t rule out box having it as it is sparkly, but not seen a bust one)

I wasn’t really aware of them until I got online as a teenager as they weren’t sold in the UK (some of them did have brief cameos in the UK comic though were quite poorly drawn and died quickly so I just assumed they were generics) but I instantly fell I love as soon as I saw them.

How fun they are always makes me think that people who rail against Action Masters never actually had any because how could you hate something that much fun once you’ve played with it?

It really is. You’d think with no big Decepticon toy for that year Hasbro US would have heard about Takara’s work and brought it over.

They generally do if all present and correct. The later full-colour rubs (like on Slowpoke here) tend to work better than the earlier Transformers-style ones.
