Many ways to Stuffing, but if you wish to embrace decadence to the fullest use the Giblets and Neck from your Turkey, Mild Pork Sausage, & some chopped apples + craisins.

Boil the Neck & mix with Turkey Drippings. Saute chopped heart and liver with the sausage and mix into base breading + spices.

I think there are a number of people employed at the New York Times -- certainly not all of them, but many! -- who simply do not grasp how badly the paper's credibility has been shaken over the past few years, along several different axes, and for multiple different reasons

Jamelle, as someone who actually likes your articles and takes on most things, this is kind of a shit reaction to a statement of truth:

NYT as an org has been doing pretty shit things lately. Thought you of all people understood that, and wanted them to be better. Now I'm not so sure.

Basically there's only so long a paper can piss on people's leg and tell them it's raining

All of this to say: people are coming down extemely hard on the question of how the NYT as a whole has handled the Epstein question has less (though not nothing!) to do with Epstein and more to do with a general loss of trust in the paper in general

This rot overshadows all aspects of the Times, even the stuff it does genuinely well. I genuinely like the Science section and the folks I work with: I'm quite proud of the work I've done there. But it's hard to ask people to set aside the former and focus on the latter

Of course, there is no public editor and very little transparency when the paper fucks up (as any newspaper will inevitably do.) Attempts to reform from inside get stonewalled; attempts from outside get dismissed and sneered at

The opinion desk is, with a few exceptions, staffed by dullards and reactionaries. Senior leadership has been on semi-open crusade against trans people. Star reporters covering Trump have seemingly held back info for books; those from the politics section openly launder right wingers as sources

Recent evidence would suggest otherwise I'm afraid. To claim that the average person ISN'T losing trust / faith in the NYT at a rapidly accelerating pace is a wildly inaccurate assessment of reality. Just an outright denial that there's a problem at all.

Getting to that point where NYT has self-destroyed their own reputation by unforced error enough times that even the slightest whiff of association with them is becoming viewed by gen pop as toxic.

Just some food for thought you might wanna mull over when it comes to including them in your bio.
