Money isn’t being “laundered”, funds you refer to are mostly “improper payments” due to lack of patient documentation or mistakes. Mostly not grants, but for medical services from NGOs and some for-profits. These errors may be corrected later. Other funds like tax credits aren’t to NGOs at all.

This was added to HUD’s web site last night. Yes, this is a GOVERNMENT site, not a PAC or other political site. The lower part is the web page, the upper part is how AI interpreted the change (would laugh myself silly at the AI bit if the stakes were lower, this is shocking and I’m still fuming).
