I was cleaning up some old files. I found this gem. I created it back in June 2021 when Big Mail kept promising that a release was just around the corner. I looked them up. 3.5 years later, they're still promising.

It’s pretty easy to pick the social media teams copying and pasting their tweets here. Can you spot the issue in this one?

Tired of manually converting Python projects from "requirements.txt" to modern "pyproject.toml" to use with "uv"?

I built a tool that does it in one command.

I hear engineers complaining about Kubernetes being a tangled mess of YAML files. I don’t know what they mean. I just experienced the pure joy that is using terraform to deploy Apache Airflow with a helm chart where I overwrote the default auth class with inline python in a heredoc block. #devops

A few years ago Qantas completely screwed me. I bought fuckqantas.com and redirected it to social media search results of people expressing their frustration. I feel like now is a good time to do something more with it. What do you suggest?

TIO complaints had 8 week delays about 6 months ago. Now it’s 11 weeks for a human to look at it. No wonder telcos DGAF anymore.

Building LEGO is like working on a car. There’s always a few bits left over at the end. Just put them in a container in case you need them one day.

I hopped on the bus. It was packed with high school kids. One of them in a priority (elderly/disabled/pregnant/etc) seats got up and offered me his seat.

I’m not that old!

I declined but the kid didn’t sit back down. For the next few stops he kept looking at me awkwardly. #getOffMyLawn

Dear AWS, now please do the same for EventBridge and Step Functions.
Amazon SQS increases maximum message payload size to 1 MiB

Amazon SQS increased max message payload from 256 KiB to 1 MiB for standard and FIFO queues. This enables larger data exchange for AI, IoT, and app integration without splitting messages. AWS Lambda also updated to support 1 MiB payloads.

The report fails to mention the error rate for humans.
Generative AI models have recommended insecure source code for 45% of tasks.

According to Veracode, Java code failed security checks the most, with a 72% failure rate.
