Here’s the first chapter of my longfic where I put the cast of Pokémon Masters EX into the world of Monster Hunter: World… and created a brand new rarepair in the process.

Lear is a prince without a nation after a series of poor decisions by his father. Now, he lives in the Coral Highlands; camping, cooking, and killing dragons in order to survive. Life is easy when all you need to worry for is food. When N, a prince of another land, comes and pretends to join Lear’s father in his quest to conquer dragons, it’s obsession on first sight. Even worse, there’s something Lear knows about this stranger which no one has told him: N can speak to dragons. Lear doesn’t know how he knows that, but what he does know is that he’ll need N’s help if he ever wants to find his brother again.

Ball Guy and Electrode face off against Lear and Hoopa from Pokemon Masters. Lear looks neutral throughout the whole thing and has a big puffy jacket because I forgot what he was wearing. Ball Guy says "i will take us both down". The next panel says "Electrode used Explosion!" Electrode glows with a surge of power. The last panel shows an explosion big enough to shatter the line borders. It wipes everyone out. Lear's shades and Hoopa's wide eyes can be seen within the smoke.

One character per person, first come first serve Duo characters (eg Tate and Liza) are preferably done by artists who will collaborate and draw them interacting Most recent/popular design iterations preferred, (eg ORAS Team Aqua/Magma > RS). Player characters must be in default outfits. Minimum canvas size 1000x1000 300dpi/ppi, but don't stress this too much as long as its good quality/resolution No Pokemon are to be drawn alongside the trainer, this is exclusively for the trainers. Trainers with Pokemon on their clothing as part of THEIR design are exempt of course. Please submit a full body transparent image of your character drawn by yourself without a background to poisoncollabsubmissions@gmail.com or poisonmeganium on Discord Pieces with a background may be subject to lower quality display on the final piece or rejection AI is forbidden for this collab, if I catch you using it I will personally throw you into the sun. All characters listed have a reference for you to read and collect reference from. Additions to this list will only be made in case I forgot someone MAJOR or we fill up too quickly! Each generation will get it's own section, eventually becoming a giant poster like image that will be available for download In addition to characters, we are looking for background artists to do the background image representing the region's landscapes and scenery for each region These background artists are also allowed to do one character, so if you feel up to the challenge, give it a go! If there is enough hype behind this I am willing to make prints of this poster and have the proceeds benefit a charity of our choosing This will most likely be in the event this becomes so massive it requires a discord server to be made
