Well, this optimism aged like milk.
Is there a life stage where you suddenly start appreciating Jamie Hyneman more than Adam Savage? Cause I'm rewatching #Mythbusters and, yeah, I think I get him now.

I really wish bands would stop doing the whole encore thing. It's 10:30, I was supposed to be in bed an hour ago, we all know you have two more songs, get out here and finish this so we can all go home.

Finished House Of Leaves last night. Was an interesting read and I clearly need to read it again to understand it better, but, I gotta say, I don't wanna.

I've been here for a bit but not really engaged. Maybe it's time to change that.

I see Bluesky as a fresh start - a place to share my love of geeky things - speculative fiction, fun metal music, and video games. The world is a bleak place, I'd like this to be a place where we can share the joy.

I'm convinced my muse also works 9 to 5. No ideas all long weekend but the minute I get to work I'm drowning in them. I'm sure they'll have all dried up by the time I sit down this evening.
