On to LUT & a couple individual rezonings on E. West St. (Lol) from @zacblanchardd11.bsky.social & W. Fayette St. from John Bullock. Some of those variances have now been made redundant by recent legislation, as @electryandorsey.bsky.social notes. Hopefully we'll see even more of that soon....
