Mr. Speaker, can you comment on the president’s social media post about Rob Reiner after he was murdered?

I didn’t see the post. I’ve been very busy. I work 22 hours a day.

Trump’s cruel legislation strips 17 million Americans of health insurance through the largest cuts to Medicaid in history, while making it easier for the wealthy to buy private jets through expanded tax breaks.

Their actions show us who they are. Shame!

DISGUSTING: Trump doubled down on his widely criticized attack of the late film director Rob Reiner, expressing no regret nor offering an apology for comments that even some Republican supporters have since denounced.

This man is a monster. He has no human empathy. He is an embarrassment to this country. People lost their jobs and are still being hounded because of much more banal comments about Charlie Kirk.
Q: A number of Republicans have denounced your statement on Rob Reiner. Do you stand by it?

TRUMP: Well, I wasn't a fan of his at all. He was a deranged person as far as Trump is concerned.

Rob Reiner and his wife are dead.

A family tragedy is not a political act.

Knife violence is not gun violence.

Celebrating death is moral rot.

This piece calls out cruelty, shreds the “ban knives” lie, and honors decency in an age addicted to dehumanization.

📌ATTENTION MSM: NO interview starts with ANY Republican without making them account for this grotesque statement from the clearly deranged and vengeful President of the United States of America.
Folo-up question: How long will you continue to cover for this very, very sick and vulgar man?

If patterns of Republican defeats in 2025 hold, the party will lose the House in 2026, and perhaps the Senate. They’ll also lose governorships and hundreds of legislative seats — transforming state politics.

Republicans know they’re vulnerable. But they will not change for fear of offending Trump.

"ICE and CBP must be abolished" is the only reasonable position. We can debate the specifics of new agencies for immigration functions, but these agencies are simply too infected with a culture of impunity, racism, and fascism to continue. They're gangs with badges.
Armed ICE agents trapped US citizens in a restaurant and demanded their papers. Federal agents walked into East African restaurants in Cedar-Riverside, MN. They closed and blocked the doors. Then they demanded to see everyone’s papers. Every person present was a US citizen.

1. Bovino's existence is the result of chain migration, which MAGA wants to ban

2. His family arrived legally under an immigration law MAGA wants to repeal

3. His father killed a woman while driving drunk, a crime for which MAGA aims to deport immigrants

And much more. Read it.

American Gestapo.
This is appalling. Again, Trump and ICE have had the option to deport Abrego Garcia to Costa Rica for weeks and weeks. They won't explain why they refuse to do this. But we know why: Because they've decided it isn't dehumanizing or cruel enough.
