I read THE ROOFTOPPERS by @katherinerundell.bsky.social. I am much older than the audience it's intended for but I still enjoyed the book. It's a clean, easy, fast read. I loved when Sophie said that mothers are a place to put your heart down..a resting stop to recover your breath.

I saw a drone show last night and while the whole thing was visually stunning, the best part was that no dogs, wildlife, veterans or neurodivergent people were traumatized by it.

It was field day today.
I just finished a book. I didn't like it. But once I was more than halfway through, I had to finish it. It took me a week but it's over and done with and removed from my Kindle.
I wish I was strong enough to put a bad book down and just not finish it.

As the school year winds down, I want to thank Trader Joes and Whole Foods for their donation of dips and chips so the staff could unwind and relax before the last few steps to the finish line.
