I love reading books, watching British mysteries and going on long walks. I teach early childhood. "The words you speak become the house you live in." https://tinyurl.com/5du3p373

Red is the perfect color for this dress. It goes from minimalist to bold.
Jane Goodall was all goodness and wonder. Diane Keaton was effervescent and vulnerable.
I am so glad the world got to experience both of them! I am so sad to see them go.
I hope the seamstress got a raise after making this dress!
I am so happy for you! Make you always walk the moors painlessly and joyfully!
I would promenade in this dress on a fresh spring day in April. With a parasol. And gossiping with my childhood friend. Then, I would buy fresh tulips on my way home.
This woman was an artist with a short bob and smoked those long cigarettes. At least that's how I picture her in my mind.
Is it weird that now I want to wear this color combination?
The tailor/seamstress deserves an Oscar level award!
It's the Friday of our first full week of school and I just want to thank all the wonderful people who have taken the time to go to Donors Choose and helped teachers pay for items they will use in their classrooms. THANK YOU!

I saw a drone show last night and while the whole thing was visually stunning, the best part was that no dogs, wildlife, veterans or neurodivergent people were traumatized by it.
Who needs fireworks anymore?
Just finished IN A NEW YORK MINUTE by Kate Spenser.
1. The author loves NYC.
2. She also likes bagels.
3. @hallmark.bsky.social needs to pick up this book.
I loved the line where she compared being with someone you love to coming home to a light on.
I love Too Good To Go! Yesterday I got a yogurt parfait, vegan burrito and a salad all for $5!
It's a great way to try out restaurants!
I pre-ordered the last one and when it hit my kindle I decided I wasn't ready to say goodbye to the characters. I am going to wait a little bit before reading it. Perhaps I will be ready when the holiday season starts.

Dartmoor. Walk in the mist. Sounds like a Sherlock Holmes setting. Glad your hip is doing so well! All the better to run from the hounds that may be lurking in that mist!
One would be the belle of the ball in this dress!
Summer is the only time I can sit and watch TV, and I want to give a standing ovation to Amazon Prime's series "Ballard" and "Butterfly".
I am watching The Residence on Netflix. The casting and the also the writing by Paul William Davies is <chef's kiss> perfection!
Imagine the tailoring that went into this!
You look at it and mark the style and know immediately that dress was made and worn in the 1920s. Such a distinctive silhouette.
I ❤️ Morwenna and co.! And cozy mysteries are like chicken noodle soup: comfortable, calm and familiar.
They are a safe escape from the daily news feed.
I am looking forward to the next series!
