The M240 here is the Lima variant - lighter and shorter. And then back in Singapore we used the OG FN MAG with the wooden stock. This thing is indeed everywhere.

Might not look like it but there’s actually little to no pressure on my wrists!

Just do more front squats to get used to form and improve lat mobility with isolateral lat exercises. Focus on getting in a full range of motion with every rep.

If your wrists hurt maintaining the front rack position of a front squat, it’s most often due to a lack of lat mobility, not wrist flexibility.

Better to be picky then to compromise! A wise friend once said never feel bad spending on shoes and beds cus if you’re not in one, you’re in the other.

(5/5) Finishing off with Hand Release Push Ups cus it’s part of the army fitness test. Absolutely gassed by this point but hey if I can do them tired, I can do more when I’m fresh.

Definitely worth investing time in training push ups if you struggle to do more than 30~.

(4/5) Overhead Tricep Extensions - go nice and low on the bottom of the rep for mobility. There’s a hundred fancy ways to train triceps but you really only need this and the regular Tricep Extensions (and dips but that’s a compound movement).
