I just got home, and as you can see, I had plenty of time to think about how I should have wrapped the entirety of "heavier than usual" in quotes instead of just "usual" because I'm stupid.

I'm tired and want to go to sleep, but my eyes refuse to let me. Whenever I close my eyes, I don't really know how to describe it, I see a colorful moving pattern. The closest analog I can think of for how it looks is the time travel sequence from Chrono Trigger.

Still my personal favorite iteration of Double Dragon. Neon deserved a sequel instead of... whatever the hell is happening with Double Dragon these days.
