Oh, and M and I really have fallen in love with the way potatoes are prepared in Chinese dishes. Thinly sliced and cooked perfect so it's still a little crunchy while delivering potato flavour and Chinese spices/sauces? YES PLEASE. SO SO GOOD.

Next time, I think I want to explore their primary menu. Those vegetable house noodles were so good and now I am curious about their various appetisers and dim sum and dan dam noodles. I have read good things about their "husband & wife lung slices". And I want to try their crispy mochi. 🤤

My dry pot: beef tongue, prawns, wood ear mushrooms, and potato with soy ginger sauce. This was bright but weak with zero spiciness. The flavour of the components could come out, but this made for a bland pot.
M's was better: little spicy sauce with beef tenderloin, bok choi, and bean sprouts.

M and I decided to get two smaller dry pots with different sauces, just to try them out. We also ordered the House Fried Noodle with vegetables. It arrived first and it was *so delicious*! The noodles were thicker and chewier, with a touch of wok hei smokiness. So moorish!

My sister knitted me a vest for Christmas and I wear it often. In fact, WEARING IT NOW. 😍 It is perfect for me: casual enough that I am comfortable wearing it but neat enough that it makes me, a tshirt type, look put together. 👍

I ended up calling the pharmacy and leaving a message about it. They just called me back and I have scheduled tdap and Hep B at the same time as my Shingles 2.
