Resistance ADHD style. I went to a protest to support Ukraine this weekend and actually ended up at a Women's Day event instead. Turns out the Ukraine protest is next week. In my defense there were a lot of Ukrainian flags at the women's event.

The underlying problem with all retirement plans be it social security, pensions, 401ks, or IRAs is they create a pile of money that other people feel should belong to themselves instead of you.

My aunt died of cervical cancer when I was a kid. I don't wish that on others, even the anti vaccine crowd.

The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 passed by a Republican Congress as part of Newt Gingrich's "Contract With America" is why faith based organizations are paid by the Federal government to provide social services. Nothing illegal about it.
Lutheran Social Services is one of the largest employers in South Dakota, operating senior living facilities across the state. Republicans are shutting it down

If while looking up your church and reading the church council minutes for the past year I see that most of the discussion is centered on how to make the coffee shop more profitable I have trouble taking you seriously. The discussion over cupholders for the pews isn't helping your cause.

One thing I feel like we have in our favor is all the people who grew up in conservative Christian homes and learned how to get away with everything and not get caught. If you were never invited to skip church with us it was because you were the kid who blabbed.
