Exhibit B & C: candied pecans and bread.
- It takes about 35 mins for the thing to preheat for 500 (sucks a lot, the previous replacement only took like 15 mins)
- Something about high temp felt off, but I can't find my oven therm. and I'm NOT going to the store tonight, so idk

I already DID all of this two weeks ago when I was planning Thanksgiving logistics so now I'm just speed-running what I already did.

My plan is to do:
- A cookie recipe that req's a mid-way temp pivot (400 to 350) (already have the dough made)
- the spiced nuts recipe (low temp)
- A batch o' bread (high temp)
And so long as those all behave assume it's...okay

"Fun" fact: I am calling it a hate crime (since it was) but of course at the time crimes against LGBTQ+ & disabled people were not considered hate crimes!
