I have a character in 5e DnD tabletop, he was lost in the FeyWild and ended up being themed around bugs, so think glow bugs as dancing lights.

I like to think of most actions he does having an aspect of bug interactions, it's great for conjuring the imagery for him

For me, I think it is 3rd Level, from my previous experience. It has plenty of flavour without being overly complicated.

from the FAQs you can include images:
"Are graphic elements and symbols allowed?
It is in fact encouraged to use graphic elements to enhance your game!..."
So put the words polyhedral dice in and include a graphic of the specific dice to be used.

Oh! I found your link to the 48 word Game Jam haha, ok "Use Polyhedral Dice" maybe

Do you express which dice to use when they are needed? If so then it won't matter if they have too many dice, just that they have all the right dice to hand and can select the right one at the right time :)

most concise format I can think of is a set of polyhedral dice.
If someone searches the internet for polyhedral dice. They will find a set of dice that includes the dice you have mentioned and be able to buy them quickly

What level of comprehension are you hoping the reader has.
Is the audience existing people from the #TTRPGcommunity or is it for beginners who have never bought dice before?
Also, what is the context you are communicating in? for a bsky post with constraint word count or in a book?

My half-orc vengeance paladin lost his family to a white dragon. When it later landed to demand a toll, it expected gold.

Instead, it got a tirade of unresolved grief. I rolled so high on intimidation the dragon wasn’t prepared for that level of emotional trauma and fled in need of therapy.

"We found it half-buried, as if flung from the stars.
Three faces: bulging eyes, clenched mouth, silent scream.
Unreadable sigils. No seams. No lock.
What’s the pattern?
And what sealed it… from the inside?"

one of my favourite gadgets is a Milk Frother, great for hot chocolate and making lattes, warms the milk and makes it frothy :D

I really need to stop trying to jam so much into my games though. I ended up with 6 players at the table and 3 hours to get them through an entire story.

The ending was lost, I managed to finish it up but not as epic as I wanted.

I knew I was going to be late to the session so I left a cypher puzzle for them, each person that showed up received a cypher, which gave them a password they could use, to receive their character sheet from the front desk. It kept them busy just long enough for me to get there
