Primary schools have a huge role to play. We need to teach digital literacy. Enable them to “think with care” (Laura Knight). Preparing them to use keyboards - how many words can pupils type per a minute? @inspiringsw.bsky.social @celtacademies.bsky.social

I can usually be found reading wonderful books suitable for children so that I can share and recommend as many as possible. I do also find time to read some books for grown ups, especially ones by fabulous people like Maz Evans (I even got to share my head teacher experience for this one).

This is a masterpiece of a YA novel by Stewart Foster. The characters leap off the page and straight into your heart. The writing of will transport you to the early 90s and have you on a roller coaster of emotions.
