I did a 25 min HOT BLAST at 250 (hottest my oven goes) then down to 160 until internal hit 60, then back up to 250 for a final blast until internal hit 65

Next time. This was my first time roasting pork, amazingly. I've done every other roasting meat hundreds of times but never pork.

We've just paid our highest ever transfer fee, early on in the Jan transfer window. Yes the club has a lot of faults, but OG needs to stop being so petulant & unrealistic. "We need players!" "Here, we've just broken our transfer record at the start of Jan on Spurs' top goal scorer" "WE'RE ABANDONED"

Little surprise that Oliver Glasner has announced his departure from Crystal Palace amidst a transfer saga surrounding one of his key players leaving. He left Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt under similar circumstances.

Yup. Nketiah has been a dud. Much happier to go for a player like Cherif if we've done our homework on him.
