When you actually get a full night's rest, have a balanced breakfast, stay hydrated, and take your meds, and you feel weird because your body is not used to this level of self care.

I'm a parent and I know my kids should NOT watch this. Its not hard to check the ratings. These people are just lazy parents. Probably the same kind who blame the kid's teacher because their little angel didn't do a single ounce of work and is now failing.
