A) I can't be called as an expert witness (likely not located in your state, don't know you personally, don't know your former therapist[s], etc)

B) if you have a grievance with a former therapist, you can submit a complaint to their licensing board rather than go the legal route (& that's cheaper)

I mean it's definitely in a more figurative sense but a good therapist should absolutely invite you to "get in" in terms of getting into your inner experience
