I have opinions and know stuff. Minneapolis enby witch with a pain disorder and cat. Part of the local sky cult. In my previous life I was a forensic psychologist, re: child sexual abuse. Now I garden and spread love to counteract my inner angst.
Okay, of all the things I read this year, I've recommended this the most. Husband saw her read by chance at the end of last year so I got to read it this year, and my goodness. The best.

The second book comes out in January. So excited.

My friend needed a ride to dinner. He gives me the address, it's my neighborhood, cool. So we get in, and I start driving and hear the Google Maps lady say "take a left on Lyndale."

I've lived here 20 years, man, I don't need directions. 😂

And I lost my seat to this guy. Insult to injury.

My chances of getting murdered by this cat are very much not zero.

I've been following this because I can't help myself (old habits die hard).

This coach disappeared last Thursday - and an assistant coach at the same school was convicted in '23 of CSA with a minor.

I put this chair here for guests but he immediately put himself there when the radiator kicked on and I can't make myself move him now that the guests are gone.

You’ve just died.
6th picture in your gallery is what killed you.

Either from illness or malice. He will be the death of me.

He wouldn't settle down until he knew he had me pinned.

The car water is not yet frozen. #Mnwx

It's so funny because my brother has been trying to "luck" into a new car (in Minnesota, it's so possible with the weather) and he keeps planning poorly. My block is historically bad for accidents.

He's had dinner, now he wants his lamp. So demanding.
November 25, 2025 at 10:52 PM
He really loves this lamp. If he's not RIGHT next to it, he's napping peacefully. Like real sun to him.

After work we pretend it's before work in front of the Happy Light now that the sun goes down so freaking early. Cuddles are extra appreciated.

Ope. Went through my old camera bag and found a whole bunch of memories I didn't have access to because of the TBI in my mid-20s, but I did go through all three sets of photos I found and laughed and cried until the end. So cathartic. Baby me was so naive but still so broken.

I went and dug out my old camera filters for you. Here they are! I had fun with these. I bet the snow would look great with any of them. Certainly there are modern versions 😆

When all there's left to do is reflect on what's been done
This is where sadness breathes, the sadness of everyone
Just like when the guys built the dam at Otter Creek
And all the water backed up deep enough to dive
We took the dead man in sheets to the river flanked by love

Reach and... Touch.

You know. Grief is so weird. I've been up and down lately, but right now I really miss my mom.

We had such a complicated relationship. We argued so much. But we really were such good friends. I wish we could be talking about a lot right now. Processing. We'd be cackling, too.

It's a fucking lot.

Something something, share a cat.

Piss terrorists sleep like babies.

He was mad I got up, but definitely forgave me when he realized there was still heat available.

I'm in the wrong group.

What perfect album came out the year you turned 16?

Missy Elliot hit the scene with her Supa Dupa Fly, and it couldn't have been a better debut!

This woman thought she was so right about there being two lines she hit the gray car to prove it.

There were not two lines. She purposely damaged another person's car for... Krispy Kreme.

This was last July. 😭

Also, THIS GUY lived in my house in the 40s. HAH.

People were very excited about this new Hill Crest Surgical Hospital! It was going to be a groundbreaking new training school, as well as have high tech, advanced surgical equipment for the best surgeons. But nooo, NIMBY has always existed.
