Hogfather belongs in any top 5 Discworld list and the way Death behaves as the Hogfather is a big reason why

a lot of things ARE unfair, and when you see them from the perspective of the seven foot anthropomorphic personification of The End, there's no reason they should be that way at all

I think "Web Accessibility" is about equivalent to "Car Safety" here - they both encompass a lot, and being an expert at parts can have differing requirements.

My issue is that when I think of educational mastery, I think you should at least be proficient in *all* of them, even if not an expert.

To me, this reads a lot like offering in ma in car safety, but you don't know mechanics or physics because you've driven cars.

Both of those indicate a similar high prerequisite knowledge to me, so I don't think I'm misunderstanding the degree.
