That's what I thought. It's basically a fixed-value contribution towards a lease, right? If you get a more expensive car, it costs you more, not the state

As Stephen says, employees earning £50k+, working for typically larger businesses and organisations that use salary sacrifice for pension contributions. As yet, it's unclear if other benefits provided through sacrifice would also be affected, in which case the salary threshold would drop
