But IF this happens, France would probably try and build a jet by itself (?). I can’t see Germany doing that so we might be talking about Germany joining GCAP (??).
We’ll see.
Or maybe they manage to muddle through - or even find a proper solution. 🤷♀️

Wollte schon lange wissen, wie‘s in der soganannten „Suwalki-Lücke“ aussieht, ob die Leute dort auf dem schmalen Streifen zwischen Belarus und der russischen Exklave Kaliningrad Angst vor einem 🇷🇺Angriff haben. Das kann man sich auch nicht ausdenken, dass es -wegen des chinesischen Embargos bei den seltenen Erden - der deutschen Rüstungsindustrie am Rohstoff GERMANIUM mangelt.

With regard to Russia, Germans still aren’t sure what happened. 39% say Germany “has shown too much understanding for Russia” in recent years. But 26% say it didn’t show enough. And 23% say it was just right, so the problem was elsewhere. 🤷♀️
