Officially lighter than I was at the age of 12 down to 110kg at 6ft goal is sub 100 so fair I have lost 20 kgs

Getting mentally hurt and not being able to just let go of it and move on is really hard one of my weaknesses I have been seeing a psychiatrist to help me cope and be ok but it just feels like I'm going nowhere in life after giving my all to my ex God I miss her so bad :<

First proper psyc appointment done kinda depressing that they have just been telling me stuff I already do to help cope especially with loss

It's been a hard breakup 0 commuting my engagement thrown away via a message to a friend, lost a friend of a few years after they took my partner away, 17kgs lost in 14 days and the day she rocked up for her stuff she looked like hell I feel so worthless I didn't do anything to her

Due to stuff happening in my life I haven't been able to keep on top of my self care going to be stuck in the psych ward until I can get enough help to get better I have lost 15kg in 7 days hoping I can get the help I need
