Can’t believe I’ve been going here for a decade but the Korean ladies that run it make it hard to go anywhere else. They pile you with extra banchan, seafood pancake is always free, and sometimes you get tteokbokki (if they like you)

I made like 30 at various temps and batter thicknesses. So I guess I’m somewhat of a scientist myself.

The less uniform ones were actually my favorite, they had a crispy exterior from a thicker batter and higher heat👌🏻
