I seem to have seen plenty of grumpiness about Spotify wrapped putting people's listening age as much older than their actual age. All I'm saying is that it put my listening age several years lower than my actual age. I'm the John Peel de nos jours!

Concerning behaviour from some letting agents in advance of the Renters' Rights Act coming in. Even though agreeing to a minimum term wouldn't be legally binding, tenants who don't want to commit are being asked to lie or get put off from renting a perfectly good home (also feat. @nearlylegal.co.uk)
