I don’t generally have an issue with TPE, but I’ve learned to recognise that one guy because he always seems to be arguing with passengers over trivial stuff. I think he’s just on a power trip

I’ve stayed with these guys a million times before and never had any issues whatsoever, so the fact it’s gone sour so quickly has genuinely surprised me

I’ll wait to see how they respond to my latest email. It turns out their T&Cs document actually has the same information as the website, so I don’t think they have a leg to stand on

If they still try to argue it then yeah, I’ll do a chargeback and send them the T&Cs along with my cancellation

I’d rather not get banned from the hotel because I stay there fairly often, but yeah, seriously considering it
